Palletcraft2000 buys all its wood from suppliers who have an acceptable policy concerning future sustainable timber stocks and their impact on the environment. All recyclable waste is disposed of in the appropriate manner and care is taken to only use environmentally friendly materials wherever this is possible.

Palletcraft2000 takes pride in the quality of its products and services and has a number of monitoring procedures and systems in place designed to maintain and improve our high standards. Our current drive is to further refine our operational practices and documentation procedures.

On receipt of an order, an acknowledgement is immediately created. This is a sequentially numbered form which is unique to each order and serves as the batch number throughout the processing and despatching of the goods.

The office and management team review the specification prior to the issue of a work sheet. This document includes all the details of the manufacture, testing and despatch; it is filed and enables total traceability of the order.

Our target is to ALWAYS DELIVER ON TIME. For all stocked items this is 24 hours from receipt of order to all UK mainland destinations.
